This International Women's Day, the Hit Network's Those Two Girls sat down with Head of the Hit Network, Gemma Fordham, to record an exclusive podcast episode in celebration of the inspirational women at our Network.

In the podcast, Sarah & Lise got very candid about their close friendship and how they launched this career path together while debunking the myth of a 'magic formula' to help juggle work and family.

When asked how the two became friends, they revealed they didn't cross paths until their 30's.

"We did propose friendship to each other..when we met, it was like falling in love with someone," Lise said.

"Fireworks went off because you find someone you absolutely just gel with and even though we'd only just met, within a matter of hours it was this absolute recognition that we had to be in one another’s life."

"It doesn’t matter that we’re in our 30’s, there's always room in the friendship garden."

Sarah then detailed how this chemistry turned into the two of them starting an MC and events business just 4 months into their friendship.
